Visits

Pages are served by Cloudflare, which processes your IP address to deliver and protect them. Visits are counted with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you. Legal basis: a legitimate interest in running a secure site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Demos

The demos run in your browser: the messages you type, the baskets you fill and the series you draw stay on your device. Demo 01 downloads its model from Hugging Face and its runtime from jsDelivr, which see your IP address like any site you open. Your browser keeps the model and a note that you have seen the intro; clear site data to remove them.

Demo 04 loads its model the same way.

E-mail and calls

If you write or book a call, your name, address and message are used to reply and to prepare the work. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or a legitimate interest in answering your question (Art. 6(1)(f)). They are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, longer only if a contract requires it. E-mail runs on Google Workspace, bookings on Google Calendar.

Outside the EU

Cloudflare and Google may process data in the United States. Both are certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, take a copy of it, or object to processing based on legitimate interest, by writing to the address above. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO) or the one in your country.
